Our Story

We’re all about carefully crafted cider made with the best California apples.

Tin City Cider was born out of the desire for something new.

Located in Paso Robles wine country, we love wine & make it too, but we had an itch to create a beverage that didn’t strive to be taken so seriously. What we wanted was unique, approachable & refreshing. After plenty of research & trials, our Original Dry Hopped Cider in cans was released in 2015. The reaction was better than we could have hoped for and with the support of our local community and many wine industry professionals (thanks guys), we opened the doors to our taproom in September of 2016.

Over the past several years we have continued to expand our repertoire of hard ciders to fruit & spiced ciders, wine blends and beyond - always keeping that unique refreshing goal in mind. We’ve also had the opportunity to share these creations with not just central coast locals, but with cider-lovers all over the country. Whether you try a flight in our taproom or crack a can open at home, we thank you & hope you’ll enjoy the literal fruits of our labor.
