A tart, green apple, bone dry cider. Carefully crafted with West Coast apples, dry hopped, and barrel fermented for a bright and refreshing finish. 4.5% alc.
2. ORIGINAL
A tart, green apple, bone dry cider. Carefully crafted with West Coast apples, dry hopped, and barrel fermented for a bright and refreshing finish. 6.9% alc.
3. HEARTLAND
No Wood No Good. Cider aged in 100% American oak barrels for 6 months. Caramel apples with a touch of vanilla hanging out at the Midstate Fair on a nice summer evening. God Bless America! 6.9% alc.
4. POLY DOLLY
A unique blend of cider and rosé. Dry hopped Cascade and Citra hops. This cider has notes of watermelon and rosé for a bright full finish. 7.9% alc.
5. M’ORANGE
What do you do when someone asks for more of something? GIVE THEM MORE! M'orange is a blend of hard apple cider and skin contact malvasia bianca, AKA orange wine, giving you MORE ORANGE! 8.1% alc.
6. HUBBA HUBBA
A collaboration with our favorite neighbor - Hubba Wines. Taking her counoise and blending it with our hard apple cider, you have the best of both worlds right inside of Tin City. 11% alc.
7. FRESH QUINCE OF BEL AIR
Paso Robles, born and raised, on the forklift is where I spend most of my days. Enjoy this Westside refresher, co-fermented with fresh quince, while you're chillin’ out, relaxin, maxin’ all cool. 8.5% alc.
8. CIDER SLUSHIE
Hard apple cider mixed with some top-secret mix to create the perfect drink for the warm afternoons on our patio. Check with your cider tender for today’s variety. 5% alc.
