This special blend of apples comes from Windrose Orchard: the oldest heirloom apple orchard in Paso Robles, planted by the Spencers in 1993 (and certified organic). Planted to 40 different cultivars, we’ve gathered Pink Lady, Gala, Jonathan and Belle De Boskoop from the southern half, which ripens 4-6 weeks earlier than the northern block.
