A blend of apples sourced from Mike Barsotti's orchard in Placerville, CA. Co-fermented by native yeast with locally grown Passionfruit from Stepladder Ranch located in Cambria, CA. Barrel fermented & aged in 100% neutral French oak barriques for 4 months. Dry hopped with Nelson Sauv. Unfiltered & bottle conditioned. Serve chilled. 25 cases made.
