A blend of apples sourced from Mike Barsotti's orchard in Placerville, CA. Barrel fermented by white wine yeast & aged in 100% new French oak barriques for 4 months. Dry hopped with Huell melon. Unfiltered & bottle conditioned. Serve chilled. 25 cases made.
